02 — How data gets in

From Your Sales Data to a Filed Return

Send us your sales data by CSV or Excel upload today, with direct API ingestion coming next — however your systems can get us the data, the engine classifies every transaction against the EU VAT Directive’s place-of-supply rules and produces the return.

03 — Checked before it’s filed

Checked Before It’s Filed

Every VAT number is verified against VIES. Rate tables are versioned and cross-checked against the EU’s TEDB. Where the law needs a judgment call, it goes to review — not a guess. Nothing is filed until it’s signed off and frozen, and every number in a filed return traces back to its source transaction.
